Trainees

Our trainees are our future and so we invest our time in you at the beginning to enable you to develop in a way that suits you and reach your full potential with us.

As a trainee solicitor at Dawson Hart, you will receive the best training, not only in your preferred practice areas but also in all aspects of client management, personal skills, marketing, IT and career progression.

We like to spend time with our trainees because we are training you to be the future of Dawson Hart.  We aim to offer all our trainees a career with us at the end of their training contract and progress them through the stages of development to Associate  and Partnership level.  For that reason, we limit training contracts to one new trainee every September.   The closing date for applications for the 2012 training contract has passed.  Our next vacancy is for the September 2013 training contract and the closing date for applications is 31st May 2012.

Support Staff

Work experience

We like the opportunity of offering work experience to students for either 1 or 2 weeks' duration.  We are pleased that some of our students have returned to us as  trainee solicitors having enjoyed their introduction to Dawson Hart as work experience students.
