Our autumn seminar programme will be beginning on 23rd September with a complimentary seminar at our offices on the new Equality Act 2010. We have secured the services of Daniel Barnett a highly respected employment law Barrister who will give the inside story on how Employment Tribunals work.
On 21st October, we shall again be hosting a seminar aimed at the not for profit sector with Humphrey & Co at their offices in Eastbourne. This will be on the Equality Act 2010 and there will be an overview on tax implications.
For details and to book for these seminars please e-mail Paula Geear pg@dawson-hart.co.uk
If you are unable to attend one of our seminars, we do hold a number of corporate and private client seminars and workshops on a range of issues over the year. Our aim is to provide topical information, sometimes jointly with other professional advisers, in an interesting and practical format followed by an opportunity to question the speakers and to network with other local businesses. We will be adding seminars to the list as they are arranged throughout the year.
We also hold in-house seminars and workshops from time to time. If you are interested in an in-house seminar on topical employment law or commercial issues or perhaps on a specific concern for your business, or just want to be added to our mailing list for future seminars and workshops then please do contact us
At the end of last year we jointly hosted a complimentary evening seminar and buffet for local charities with Eastbourne based accountants, Humphrey & Co. The seminar, presented at our offices by Joanne Kavanagh, Head of Employment and Paul Potter and Michael Taylor of Humphrey & Co, addressed topical employment and tax issues and was very well received by all those who attended.
"Excellent pace and presentation" Paul Bradford
"This was a 100% relevant seminar - thank you" Sid Martin
"Very helpful, concise and clear" - Graham Shuttleworth
