Dawson Hart in 2018

As another year has ended, we have reflected on the highlights of 2018 at Dawson Hart.

We have continued to provide our clients with a whole range of legal services offering advice for the individual and business.

We maintained our excellence by the Law Society for the quality of our service, and for the management structures and risk assessment procedures we have put in place to ensure a consistently high standard across the firm.

We were delighted to be recognised again in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

It has been a year of exhibitions, seminars, fundraising events and award ceremonies!

Not only were we nominated for Business of the Year at the Uckfield Business Awards, but we also won the Contribution to the Community Award! It was a huge honour to be nominated let alone win, so thank you very much.

Our Dawson Hart family also extended with new colleagues joining us and the arrival of a gorgeous baby girl! There were also two weddings to celebrate and some ‘big’ birthdays in the office!

It has been a successful year of fundraising at Dawson Hart with a final total raised of £4866 for the Children’s Respite Trust!

We have had held an Easter Egg Hunt, Barn Dance, dress down days, been running, climbing, baking and even dancing! Every single penny raised has been donated to our charity of the year!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their time, effort and generous donations towards our fundraising this year! It has been greatly appreciated and we are overwhelmed by the support we have received.

We are also pleased to reveal that our charity for 2019 is Hospice in the Weald!
Hospice in the Weald provides care completely free of charge to patients with a terminal illness, their families and carers in West Kent and Northern East Sussex. This means we are there 24 hours a day to help, support and care for patients with an illness where a cure is no longer possible, and for patients who will at some stage die from their illness, whenever that may be (you may hear this referred to as “palliative care”).

We look forward to seeing you in 2019!
