Caroline Bourn becomes a Director at Dawson Hart

Caroline Bourn has recently been made a director of Uckfield based law firm, Dawson Hart.  Caroline has worked at Dawson Hart as part of their Family Team for the last two years having previously worked in Tunbridge Wells.

Caroline specialises in all aspects of family law, including financial and children matters for both married and cohabiting couples. She is a trained collaborative lawyer specialising in helping clients resolve issues regarding finances and children arising on separation, using roundtable meetings.  This helps avoid the conflict of the traditional adversarial approach, which can often leave the parties’ relationship damaged to such an extent that future family occasions, such as children’s graduations and weddings, are blighted.

Caroline regularly appears on Uckfield FM and has appeared on Radio Kent as their family expert. She has written and been quoted in articles for the BBC news, the Independent and the Express newspapers.

Caroline has two children and enjoys going on long walks with her family and dog.  She loves reading and spending time with friends.
