Caroline Bourn

Caroline Bourn

Caroline has been a specialist family solicitor since 2004 and covers all aspects of family law. She is regularly instructed in complex financial cases and high conflict child disputes for both married and cohabiting couples.  She has an excellent reputation in this field and is committed to giving clients the advice and support they need to get through the difficult times they are facing.

Caroline is a trained collaborative lawyer and specialises in helping clients resolve the issues that arise when a relationship has broken down, using round table meetings.  This process can help avoid the conflict of the traditional adversarial approach that might further damage the parties’ relationship, which is particularly important where children are involved.

Caroline regularly appears on Uckfield FM and has appeared on Radio Kent as their family law expert. She has written and been quoted in articles for the BBC News, the Independent and the Express newspapers.

Caroline is the Vice Chair of East Sussex Resolution.

Caroline has two children and enjoys going on long walks with her family and dog.  She loves reading and travelling.
