Lochana obtained a 2.1 degree in law at the Open University and then completed the Legal Practice at the University of Law in Guildford.
Lochana brings experience of dealing with a broad range of commercial property transactions including sales and purchases, acting for landlords and tenants, licences, easements and general non-contentious commercial property matters as well as dealing with business sales and purchases. She also has experience dealing in connection with land development legal issues including promotion agreements, option agreements, overage agreements and section 106 planning obligations.
Another aspect of Lochana's experience is in relation to dealing with all types of possession claims, including standard claim, accelerated claims and even possession claims against secure tenants.
In her spare time Lochana enjoys spending time with her family and going to the gym and reading.
