Nick is a dispute resolution and commercial solicitor specialising in commercial litigation and non-contentious commercial advice but with experience in a wide range of disputes. Nick qualified in 2008 after completing his training with a City firm specialising in commercial litigation, insolvency and director disputes. Nick became a director in December 2017 after developing his practice within the firm.
Before training as a lawyer, Nick gained considerable commercial management experience in a range of industries which helps him understand the practical concerns faced by his commercial clients. Nick can advise on all elements of both the general, civil and commercial litigation process and he also has successful experience in bringing adjudication proceedings and bringing and defending other specialist claims , such as insolvency litigation, contested probate, boundary disputes, professional negligence claims and property related disputes.
Nick is also an accredited commercial and interpersonal mediator and can advise clients on this process as well as acting as a mediator himself. Nick also advises on non-contentious company/commercial matters including advising on the requisite processes for carrying out company transactions and the impacts and effects of any commercial agreements. Nick also advises on both personal and corporate insolvency matters.
Nick has completed the London Marathon twice but now spends any spare time with his family and friends and tries to enjoy following the fortunes of the English Cricket team and Tottenham Hotspur.
