Gemma has worked at Dawson Hart since 2014 and was promoted to Director and Head of the Residential Property Team in 2018. Gemma has represented numerous clients from first time buyers to regular property investors and developers in relation to their sales and purchase, Transfers of equity (including those of the matrimonial home), re-mortgages, buy-to-let transactions, new build properties including plot sales, transfers of part, overage agreements and advising clients in relation to Lease Extensions.

Gemma maintains close relationships with local estate agents and mortgage brokers and takes a pro-active approach, so that clients are kept fully up-to-date and their transaction proceeds to a smooth and swift completion. Gemma is keen to work to the needs of her clients and is happy to communicate in the way preferred by her clients whether by email, telephone or in face to face meetings.

Outside of work Gemma enjoys spending time with her young family, as well as running including taking part in races in order to raise money for local charities.
