In these cases, if liability is admitted, we can request interim payments at regular intervals to meet your financial needs until a final settlement.
It is very important that your claim is not settled too early, at an undervalue, and that all future losses have been provided for in your compensation. Although most injury claims settle by negotiation, a small proportion of claims do result in Court proceedings. Despite this, the vast majority of all Court cases are eventually settled without the need for you to attend Court.
