Caroline is a specialist family solicitor covering all aspects of family law. She is regularly instructed in complex financial cases and high conflict child disputes for both married and cohabiting couples.  She has an excellent reputation in this field and is committed to giving clients the advice and support they need to get through the difficult times they are facing.

Caroline is a trained collaborative lawyer and specialises in helping clients resolve the issues that arise when a relationship has broken down, using round table meetings.  This process can help avoid the conflict of the traditional adversarial approach that might further damage the parties’ relationship, which is particularly important where children are involved.

Caroline has been recognised for her family work in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500:

  • Caroline is praised by sources for her "calm, clear and efficient" approach to family and matrimonial matters.
  • Caroline’s collaborative law practice is highlighted together with her ‘grasp of details combined with a very approachable manner’.

Caroline regularly appears on Uckfield FM and has appeared on Radio Kent as their family law expert. She has written and been quoted in articles for the BBC News, the Independent and the Express newspapers.

Caroline has two children and enjoys going on long walks with her family and dogs.  She loves reading and travelling.

  • Admitted as a Solicitor in 2004
