Lochana joined Dawson Hart in 2017 and became a Director at the beginning of 2022. She has a wealth of experience dealing with a broad range of commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, acting for landlords and tenants, licences, easements and general non-contentious commercial property matters, as well as dealing with business sales and purchases. She also has experience dealing in connection with land development legal issues, including promotion agreements, option agreements, overage agreements and section 106 planning obligations.
Lochana also deals with all types of possession claims, including standard claims, accelerated claims and even possession claims against secure tenants.
In her spare time Lochana enjoys spending time with her family and going to the gym and reading.
