Dawson Hart Solicitors are very pleased to announce the promotion of Lochana Gabrielsen to Director, specialising in Commercial Property.
Lochana joined the firm four years ago as a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team and has been instrumental in the growth of the department. Lochana has represented numerous clients, dealing with leases, sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, licences, easements, land development agreements, business sales and purchases.
Lochana also holds an MBA from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and she says that her prior experience working in the Colombo Stock Exchange in Sri Lanka was the trigger for her interest in commercial entities.
