Stefan joined Dawson Hart in Autumn 2023 and became a Director in 2025.  He has a wide range of experience in commercial property transactions with a particular expertise in real estate investment, asset management and Landlord and Tenant work. Stefan’s clients range from local property developers and investors, professional landlords with extensive commercial property portfolios and regulated pension funds all the way to first time buyers and new small business owners taking on their first lease.

No matter the transaction, Stefan always seeks to provide an efficient and professional service and takes pride in maintaining an open and responsive dialogue with his clients and all other parties involved in the transaction.

Outside of work, Stefan is a keen squash player and board game enthusiast. As a life-long Spurs fan, he frequently ruins his weekends by spending time travelling to London to watch them play.
