Dawson Hart are proud to announce a new member of our Property Team: Mr Stefan Banks. Stefan is a Solicitor with 6 years of experience in commercial property matters, and he joins us in an expansion of our Commercial Property Department. Stefan will work alongside Andrew Rannie and Lochana Gabrielsen. He has a wide experience in all manner of commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on advising commercial Landlords and Tenants and assisting them with putting any new lease agreements in place, as well as any additional or supplementary documentation that is required. Outside of work, Stefan is a keen squash player and long-suffering Spurs fan, which regularly ruins his weekends.
