We have a great deal of experience in helping clients when they require protection from their ex- partner’s behaviour. A Non-Molestation Order will ensure that an ex–partner stops any threatening or harassing behaviour and an Occupation Order can provide for an ex-partner to be excluded from the family home.
Often our contacting the ex-partner and making them aware of the consequences of their behaviour, should it continue, is enough to ensure that the behaviour stops, but if not then we will prepare the relevant court applications for you and guide you through the court process.
