When a couple separate disputes regarding the arrangements for the children can often arise. We can help you put in place arrangements which work for you and your children. We are able to assist clients on a variety of children issues including the following:

• Relocation to another country.

Often it is possible to reach an agreement without the need for court involvement, by using alternatives to court, such as mediation, collaborative law or arbitration. However, in cases where a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, we are highly experienced in dealing with contested court proceedings.
