How much will making a Will cost?
Our fixed fee charges are based on the preparation and signing of a standard Will, which is approved by you with no more than minor amendments.
Standard Single Will £385 plus VAT (total £462)
Standard Mirror Wills £550 plus VAT (total £660)
Factors affecting our fixed fee quote:-
The fixed fees quoted are assuming that the Will is of standard form. An example of this is a Will leaving residuary estate to a spouse and then to children or to one defined beneficiary. If the Will is more complex then we will give you a quote of charges once we have discussed with you your particular circumstances and requirements. Factors making a Will more complex include numerous beneficiaries, complex tax issues or one involving trusts.
