- We draft your Will for you and send it to you to consider. It will be accompanied by a letter which confirms what we spoke about at the meeting and explains what each clause in the Will means in plain English.
- You consider the draft Will and let us know if you have any further questions or whether you would like any amendments or additions.
- Once you are happy with the Will, we will prepare the final version ready for you to sign.
- Then, please make an appointment to come in to sign the Will.
- At the Will signing appointment we will supply two witnesses to witness the Will.
- We send you a copy of the completed Will and keep the original in our Wills store for safe keeping.
