Dawson Hart are currently looking for a Practice Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good organisational and leadership skills wanting a fulfilling and rewarding role in law firm management.
The role is a full-time position within a dynamic and friendly law firm, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Applicants should have previous experience of working in a professional office (preferably a law firm); a high standard of inter-personal and communication skills, especially in the context of managing staff; an understanding of business equipment such as phone systems, photocopiers, IT, with the ability to review and recommend new systems and efficiencies across the practice and strong compliance skills in order to ensure the firm complies with regulatory requirements.
This role carries a high degree of responsibility but also the ability to use your own initiative to add value to the Practice’s commitment to its clients on delivering exceptional service every single time.

We like to spend time with our trainees because we are training you to be the future of Dawson Hart.
We aim to offer all our trainees a career with us at the end of their training contract and progress them through the stages of development to Associate and Partnership level. For that reason, we limit training contracts to one new trainee every other year, usually starting in September. Our September 2018 training contract has now been filled and our next training contract will be September 2020 and the closing date for applications will be 30th November 2019.
