We are very pleased to welcome John Guthrie who has joined us as a senior Commercial Property Lawyer.  John joined Dawson Hart at the end of 2011 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in his specialist area of commercial property.  As well as granting, renewal and assignment of business leases, John deals with the acquisition and disposal of businesses where the main assets are property.
