Our 'dh Employment Protection Scheme' provides you with employment advice from a nominated employment lawyer and insurance cover for tribunal claims against your company allowing employers to reduce wasted management time and to focus on running the business, all in return for an all inclusive fixed monthly or annual fee.
How will the Scheme benefit my business?
The package will consist of:-
- Audit, update and compilation of contracts of employment and policies;
- Standard letters and management guidelines;
- 8.30 - 5.30 telephone and e-mail advice from a dedicated solicitor;
- Employment law training for key staff, including seminars and regular email bulletins on developments in the law;
- Automatic review of your contracts and employment policies, to make sure they are up-to-date with the latest developments and so legally compliant;
- Cover of legal expenses and compensation awards in an Employment Tribunal up to £250,000 per claim;
- Regular newsletters and e-bulletins for businesses.
In addition, you will be able to take advantage of discounts on the cost of business and private client advice available from other specialist lawyers in the firm.
How much will it cost?
The actual costs may vary as they are subject to our assessment of the employment documentation and the insurance premium will be notified to you separately.
